What works for you0

Losing weight, being active, getting rid of sugar/grains, supplementing potassium/magnesium/garlic extract, managing stress. High blood pressure can happen for a lot of reasons. All my doctor ever told me was to lower sodium and that did absolutely nothing. After doing my own research I'm off the meds. I started with the supplements and it lowered me to where I was with the meds. As I lost more weight and got some regular activity in it continues to fall. If you are on meds it can be dangerous to stop them cold turkey, though, so make sure you consult with your doctor and monitor regularly.0
