Hi all,
I'm in the market for additional friends! I have found that I am even more motivated when I have people encourage me on my exercise, staying below my calorie goals, when I lose weight, etc. Basically, I love when people comment on my statuses. ;-)
I don't have too many friends on here and would love to befriend other women who have similar fitness goals / profiles.

I'm 34 and 5'4". My theme for this year is "simplify"--for me, that means letting go of the "should"s and embracing what I find manageable.
Diet and fitness-wise, I am aiming to eat at a calorie deficit, lose .5lb per week. If I lose more, great. If not, no problem. I am doing Jillian Michaels' Ripped in 30 workouts, one level per week right now. I do Zumba once a week and also enjoy yoga. I get bored with workouts easily, so mixing up my routine is key.
