Do you have a HRM? If no, I would log it as probably a combo of yoga & pilates. When I did it I think I only burned 200 calories and that seems high. If you don't have an HRM I used an app on my iphone and then a calorie calculator. It's a lot of steps, but worked.

invest in a HRM, there are some moderately priced ones out there, that is the best way to measure calories burned.
  • I did Piyo for the first time today and I love it!!! I am going to invest in a HRM later down the road , but for now since I can't do that I logged it in as 20 minutes of yoga and 20 minutes of Pilates. That's the only way I could figure it out for now. I did the upper body and lower body workouts today , so it was a 40 minute workout session. If anyone else thinks I should have logged it differently can you please let me know? Thank you.
