Just joined my fitness pal yesterday and I'm loving it! I joined because my trainer suggested it would be a good tool to track my diet so we know I'm eating the right amounts of everything, specifically protein. I'm not actively looking to gain or lose any weight, but I want to cut down on my body fat percentage and tone my muscles a bit more. I like running on the treadmill, practicing my jump splits and yoga poses, and doing as many group classes as I can at the gym. Whenever I can, I love to learn new exercises and try out new things. Currently, I am on my gap year between getting my GED (just before I turned 17) and going to beauty school. After I graduate, I plan to become a personal trainer/ group exercise instructor, working part time at both of my careers.
