    I've always been a night eater I feel your pain I'm trying too drink plenty water I do occasionally have the odd cracker without butter or a banana because it lies heavier on your stomach than other fruits. You could try smoothies with added fat free yoghurt ? X
  • Drink hot tea with a calorie free sweetner, and I agree with a small bowl of oatmeal, or stick of cheese, or handful of cashews or almonds...yogurt, etc. uh-oh now I'm feeling hungry lol!!!

  • Personally, benadryl gives me the munchies and makes night time cravings worse! Just my experience
