Calculating calories for marinade?

How exactly do you do it? Do you go by the serving size on the bottle? I don't actually eat the marinade when it's done, even if it's cooked with the meat, but I know the meat absorbs at least SOME of the calories in it, so what's the best way to estimate that?

I never worried about it unless I was actually going to sauce something with it. The amount that sticks to the actual food from marinating it is going to be pretty negligible. It never impeded my progress.0

So, counting it by the listed serving is probably ok since that's likely to be an overestimation?0

I tend to be a bit of a stickler, so I weigh the marinade, then marinate the meat, then weigh what's left of the marinade after I take the meat out, then divide the difference by the number of serves of meat. Pedantic, but it makes me feel better0
