Track your weight loss in January! See if you can beat me!!!

I plan on losing 5 lbs. by February, probably won’t happen but I’m gonna try anyways. Want to see if you can beat me or anyone else for that matter? Here is what you do.

1. Go to this Google Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RI0XF7y-3RJ7i_C4ykECooLi8HiPq2JV3WeQkAVf1Fg/edit#gid=732349776
2. Enter in your MFP username (Column A)
3. Every Friday (starting January 9) record your weight under the corresponding date.
4. The spreadsheet will let you know how much weight you have lost both in pounds and in %.

It’s that simple! See if you can beat me, or anyone else for that matter.
