joined a week ago

Hi everyone. It is so nice to see so many on here supporting one another. I joined a week ago as my treadmill broke and I began to struggle with being unable leave the house due to anxiety my weight loss stopped. I also have under active thyroid so find it much harder to lose than others. I am hoping this fitness group helps me start losing again to hit my goal. Still along way go. Any advice would be great. Thank you.
