I have a pair of leggins in that approximate pattern. I got them on Amazon. Unfortunately, they don't have a brand label in them.

There is a pair pretty similar, but hers also have that fish net look at the bottom

Are you sure she's not wearing something underneath with the fish net? I've seen pants very similar to this but never with fish nets.

This site has 11 pages of compression wear capris but none are exactly that one. Most of the big brands are here though, so I don't know how you'll find it.
