Help need motivation

Hello all, I had a baby girl May of this year and want to loose the 30pounds that i gained, its hard to find motivation to exercise with a new born and full time job. But i have started logging everything i eat which makes me more aware of all the bad foods out there. It gave me a 1600 calorie count for the day but I'm trying to stay under 1200 with exercising daily. My weekly goal is to loose 2 lbs per week. I know I can do it I just need help staying on track and would like to also help other stay on the right course too.
