I'm excited to reach my goal.

I've lost 12 pounds so far and haven't fallen off the wagon in over three months. I have 20 more pounds to lose and I'm starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I'm having trouble staying active so I'm looking for suggestions other then heading to the gym. Any ideas out there?

    Being outside is a fun way to go! In the winter, I'm doing hiking and loving it even on pretty darn cold days. Cycling for summer and hiking for winter. Just started doing dragon boat (paddling) practices in a pool. Check out what's out there in your rec centres too. Ours have water bikes and lots of interesting activities.
