Here I go again...WHY DID I SABOTAGE MYSELF????

Hi All, My story is rather simple. Have always been active with a love for food and wine. I was fit until 33 and then 2 babies in 3yrs put me at my all time highest 206. I was able to maintain and stay at 163 for many years. In July 2012 I decided to step up my workout to include weights and I watched my body transform I went to 143 and felt great. Well then I met someone and stopped working out as much and the we traveled and would eat every meal out...the weight came back on rapidly. I'm now 173 starting ALL OVER AGAIN. I welcome any and all suggestions and successes. Looking forward to losing 50 by 50 by August.
