Hi! My diet does not meet my recommended fat intake and I think that is contributing to my binges. However, I am allergic to nuts and peanuts so I am looking for alternatives for good sources of fat. I eat avocados. What else would you suggest?

Bacon. Lots and lots of bacon.
Oh good fat? Guess bacon doesn't really fit that. Chocolate soymilk has a bit of fat. Or you could try full fat versions of stuff you eat (full fat milk, yogurt etc).
I still vote bacon though :-p.0 -
Eggs, cheese, seeds, less lean cuts of meat, butter or olive oil, full calorie sauces and condiments, ice cream0
