    Lesson #1 in getting that awesome toned look!

    'Tone' is a misnomer encouraged by propaganda and refers to a state where a person has lowered their body fat % enough to reveal muscular definition created through resistance training. It is accurately referred to as body recomposition and generally accepted among the fitness community that if you use the word 'tone' you are exposing a deep lack of knowledge when it comes to fitness.

    Lesson #2! This is mostly dependent on your eating habits and strength training and not so much cardio. I would recommend starting by reading New Rules of Lifting for Women to give yourself a hugeeee advantage toward reaching your goals!
