Cheating your calories is only cheating your self

I noticed when I would add foods to my calorie count there are alot of incorrect foods added into this apps system. Dont just take other people's word for it... if it is to good to be true it probably is. Do your reach and check the websites of the food you are counting to get correct calorie counts. You will only cheat your self if you just add something knowing it is probably wrong!!

I always input what I eat myself so that I know it's correct. A lot of the stuff in the database is wrong.0
