Hey everyone,

Starting again, what's new?

This time around I actually have a health issue. Usually it's me being completely vain and wanting to look great again and have the benefits that come with it.

Unfortunately this time around, after a recent blood test, it's come back saying my cholesterol is too high. Nothing too serious, but if I don't act now, it could become a problem later on.

So would like to hear health related stories, and add some friends with similar goals.
