Hey, I'm new to this app, Im hoping to loose around 3 stone. I have always struggled to stick at diets as I get bored easily but I'm feeling pretty confident I will do it this time, it's time to make the change! I do have a pretty active job and I'm on my feet all day, only problem is eating patterns and times as my shifts vary so much. Diabetes and other illnesses run in my family so I need to get off my fat *kitten* and change before it's too late! Just completed my first proper workout of 2015 and it felt pretty good to be honest! Hoping to get fit enough to get back into football and play for my new local team again Looking for friends on here. Feel free to Add me
