Hey everyone!! I want to lose 25-30 lbs and deal with my depression and anxiety with healthy eating and exercise! I tend to eat and drink my emotions so breaking old, unhealthy habits and establishing new ones is key for me. Advice and support would be much appreciated! :)

    Hey I have done this before with great success, except I injured my rotator cuff and went back to my old eating habits. A year or so later here I am starting over but am really excited and ready to get off the merry go round. I need active friends to help motivate me. You can add me if you want
