Does your gym have this?
If so have you attempted this equipment? I love a challenge and this equipment is difficult but we all know with practice and consistency that you can master this.
The gym I used to go to before I moved had this and of course I had to try it. I did not last more they two minutes my first time.

On my first time, I probably lasted a minute or so. Bravo on making it to 2 minutes!0

Jacobs Ladder gives a great cardio workout! Longest climb for me was 2:30 sec. I usually climb in 1 min intervals (1 min on/30 sec to 1 min off).0

Yes it does but the higher up you go the faster the rungs fall.0 -
