Hi MFP peoples

I am 40+ years old, 6" tall and 180 lbs and I sit behind a computer all day every day :\
My goal for myself is to get back into shape, loose 5-10 lbs of fat (all in my belly) and replace some of that with muscle.
I started running again in Nov of 2014 and I am now up to 15 miles per week and on my off days I do P90X3. I have several 5k's scheduled for 2015 and maybe, just maybe a 10k.
For Christmas this year my wife got me the Garmin FR10 running watch. The software for the reports can connect to myfitnesspal and it can keep track of calories burned. So because of that I just started tracking my food (calories) for the first time ever. What a shock that has been. It has actually been fun tracking food, calories, miles and steps. I'm kind of a tech nerd so I have apps on my iPhone, iPad, and iMac plus my work computer so I am always connected to MFP and the great tools it gives me, along with the Garmin Connect apps.
My hope is that 2015 becomes the year of the super fit new me.
