starting fresh

Hello, Im starting the new year off right and want to continue the rest of the year and onward. I have been running everyday and started to do 15 minute cardio/ab core workouts this week. i unfortunately dont like veggies so is there anything you guys can help with so i can make sure i eat healthier and get on the right path. Im very excited to see where im at in 6 months
