This is how it all started for me. And.. as someone else said, it begins to snowball.
Could do the same with a bike, elliptical or/and a rowing machine as well and watch TV, listen to music or both. In any case, with these, the beauty is you never have to leave the house to do it (my preference for sure).
That being said, none of these machines will motivate you to use them on their own. That's an internal desire that only you can provide.0
