Where would you like your lifting stats to be at?

I would like to have my 3 big lifts increase by 150 pounds total.

I would like to be able to OHP 225. Very doubtful on this one.

I want to be able to rep out 135 on curls. This might be my easiest goal.

    I would like to be deadlifting 300 lbs for reps by the end of the year. Also, Bench 135 lbs. for reps.

    I'm at 250 lbs on DL for 3 reps right now and 115 lbs on bench for 3 reps.

    Strict OHP: 210
    DL: 585
    Squat: 405 minimum (455 w/wraps optimistic)
    Bench: 315

    Squat - 170kg
    Bench - 110kg
    Dead - 212.5kg

    The only one that actually scares me is the bench. But if anyone can get me there it's my coaches.

    Well in comparison to you all I have a very very modest goal of 120 lbs. for my squat. That would have me doubling it over the year. It took me months and months to get up to 60 lbs. last year. I switched to front squats this year and they are much better for me but it is still my most challenging of all exercises. It's part mental and part weak legs. I have to wonder how I carried around 55 pounds more than I do now on a daily basis. Did I walk on my hands or do the log roll everywhere and just don't remember it?
