Second time around

Hi I am male 51 year old, morbidly obese, suffering from sleep apnea, high blood pressure. It took me 35 years to get to this state so I am understand to get back to my healthy self or a reasonable state is not going to happen overnight. I joined MFP way back in 2011/2. Stuck with it until 2013 and lost 15 kg. 2014 was a terrible year in terms of weight loss I put back what I lost and now instead of trying to lose 25kg I now need to lose 40kg. I am going to try it the MFP way and will welcome any friend request to provide mutual motivation.

I have dug out my fitbit and have started c25k to get moving I have just completed day3 of week one alternating between the c25k and walking I am aiming for at least 10000 steps every day.

I will probably redo week one since I am still out of breathe for the last 2 "60 sec" bursts.

    Hello, I have been on mfp for about 15 months, lost 34lbs but still have a long way to go.

    Anyone is welcome to friend me but the following are MUSTS for me.
    1. You log onto mfp regularly
    2. You comment on post and not just use the like button.
    3. The support is two way and you give support to me in return for the support I give to you.

    I do delete those that do not support and comment as I want to be a supportive friend on this journey.
