I make doughnut. And muffins and bagels for dunkin doughnut.I need help to stay focus and to stay away from these tempting. Foods

    Work them into your calories OR decide that being thinner is better than doughnuts. I choose the first option, personally. I can't remember the last time I had a doughnut, but I like knowing it's an option.

    Working around those foods all day would be tough, however, you could also use it to your advantage. Since you are the MAKER of them , you know exactly what ingredients to into each item and how much. Can you accurately measure and weigh and log each item? Just write them down somewhere. Then, if and when you do eat one (or more) you can log them here accurately and see whether they fit into your day or not.

    As you make progress losing weight and getting healthy you may not want to ingest all of the sugar or carbs or whatever. Honestly, I say since you know the exact make up of these items you can use that to your advantage.

    Just because you make them doesn't mean you have to eat them.
