Little Victories Matter Too!

Just changed my profile pic. I haven't been the most consistent with logging/gym since I started MFP (again) in July. I've been teetering around the same weight and haven't noticed too many changes in clothes and measurements. So I decided to take new "starting" photos in December to try and help me be a little more consistent. Just for fun I compared them to some of the first pictures I took over the summer. Look at how my arms have changed in 4 months! Maybe I don't notice it day-to-day but it definitely shows in the photo! This made me so excited and is motivating me to keep on keepin' on so that I can have more pictures like this to share with people and say "Maybe it's not a lot but it's SOMETHING!" the proof is right here.

Don't give up! If I can do it you can too!

YAY for NSV and the little wins!

    Great job!

I love seeing my before and now photos next to each other. I think we are so used to seeing ourselves daily we forget how far we have come.
