I have been on this site for awhile - tried a different app to switch it up but I did not like it as it was not as easy as MFP. So I am back here 100% now since Sunday. A few months back I was really dedicated and lost interest. For some reason (which is good) I am craving exercise and I actually enjoy it, which is a first for me.
:D
I am going to a personal trainer 2 times a week for 60 minutes (Mon and Wed) (have been Sept), have been (for 3.5 weeks now) doing about 180 minutes on Saturday (45 min cardio and the rest weights). I have been doing treadmill for 45 minutes on Sun, Tues and Thurs. My rest day has been Friday.

I guess I have several questions. Am I working out too much? I have a HRM and keep it around around 118-130 while doing weights. When doing cardio cool down and warm up for 5 min each I will have a heart rate of 118-128 and for the rest of the time I keep it between 148-160.

I have been doing this exercise routine for about 3.5 weeks now and similar food. There hasn't been movement on the scale which I know is not enough time.

Based on what I have mentioned and my foods in my diary do you think what I am doing is OK. I guess I want to stay on top of this and not be reactive and more proactive (can you do it this way?? lol)

I am 5,10, 196 pounds BMI 28.1, LBM 127, I have a desk job so I dont move around much.
Sept 2, 2014. 204 pounds, BMI 29.3 LBM 131

My goal is to lose a crap load of weight (30 pounds) since I am not having any more kids and I want to look good on a trip my husband and I are taking alone(first one alone in 7 years)

I really want to take advantage of this new found enjoyment I have and not get discouraged.
