Feeling Positive about Weight Loss in 2015

Hi, I finally got serious about being healthier and losing weight last week. During the past 12-13 months I have made subtle changes to my diet, (i.e. stop using artificial sweeteners, stop drinking soda, stop using refined white sugar, use and incorporate stevia with my coffee, don't buy "Little Debbie" snack cakes and Oreo's, no biscuits, crescent rolls, with every dinner, etc.) But, my weight hovered at the same mark.
I am ready to make more positive changes, eat more whole foods, and less meats (at least red meat to start with).
It felt great to walk through two grocery stores today and I never went into the isles with junk food, processed foods, sodas, bread, etc.
I am looking to be able to add some more friends so we can help each other stay on track.
