I have tossed out girl scout cookies from my freezer.

Today is a new day...I will lose weight. I am not going to think of what I am missing....
I will drink water and not eat fast food this week.....I will make a commitment to that.
My husband is a chef and he is a super cook at home because he is retired....He is agreeing to cook healthy. Again this is day one.
