Homemade steak salads :) w roasted red peppers, avacado, cherry tomatoes, onion, romain, shredded parm, and basalmic vinaigrette!

    I had something similar last night, steak with iceburg lettuce, red and yellow capsicum, cucumber, grilled asparagus, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette :) Yum!

    Mmm - love asparagus! Will have to remember that next time around!

    I like to make hamburger salad. Everything in the bowl (pickles, onions, tomatoes, lettuce, lean hamburger and whatever else you like) and with a little thousand island dressing, it kinda tasts like a Big Mac. Hardly miss the bun!
