Butter and weightloss

so i wasn't able to eat properly today, because i was kind of busy.

So instead of eating out with friends, i came home and cooked.

I only eat 1300 calories a day
and i had 900 calories to go..so i ate
1 tbsp of butter and bread with an egg and half a slice of cheese.

i still have 552 calories to go
and im still below in my saturated fats and all that jazz

So will that affect my weight loss progress

    I don't think that one day under calories will hurt, as long as overall you are doing a good job. :)

    What? Yes, eating at a deficit will let you lose weight. HOwever please eat the rest of your calories. You're already on low cals so you really need to eat them all.

    Not thinking one day of anything will make the difference in the long haul. Do better tomorrow. Sounds like an egg sandwich though and they are food.

    One day is probably not going to make that much different, but you don't want to eat under your goal every day or it can actually halt your weight loss. So shake today off and then get back on it tomorrow! :)

    Provided it's an every now and then thing don't eat more unless you are actually hungry. You might feel extra hungry tomorrow and if you do eat a bit extra to compensate, if not just eat normally.

    I don't encourage constant under-eating but every now and then when you are genuinely not hungry is A-okay

    Yeah I usually stay under my calorie intake by a 100 or so, and then i workout for 30 minutes so its sometimes lower cause of that.

    Just to kind of stay in the ballpark

    Its so HARD
    im craving wendy's chilli or Mac and Cheese =(

    I cant really cook right now either, so i quickly made the fastest thing

    Sooooo..... what was the question, exactly? Something to do with butter?

    Butter is awesome. You should be eating it, stay the hell away from margarine or the like, and, if you are only eating 1300 cals a day, there is really no need to be 100 cals under - then you are eating 1200 cals a day, meet your goal.
