Fallen hard from grace as a Par Cross Country Runner/ Mediocre Track Star when I discovered College and online gamming. I will admit that up until my 31st birthday I had a freakishly efficient metabolism, but when I peaked at 230 when only a couple of years prior I could barely break 195 something needed to be done. Another motivator was my ridiculously high blood pressure and what my primary care calls "Alarming" Cholesterol levels.
I hope that being honest with this entry I will be accepted into the wellness community. Lord knows I do not want to relive the awkwardness of when I jokingly called my friends Crossfit squad a cult.
