Squash - anyone play regularly and what are the benefits?

I'm just about to start playing squash 2x1hr sessions a week again as part of my new cardio regime.

Anyone else use squash as cardio and if so what are the benefits?

    wouldn't the benefits be the same as any other cardio/competitive sport?

    My dad used to play a lot. Only risks I can see are tennis elbow and the occasional smash into a wall/person, which you don't risk in the same way in, say, tennis. Whatever you love enough to keep doing sounds good to me :drinker:
