I'm just about to start playing squash 2x1hr sessions a week again as part of my new cardio regime.
Anyone else use squash as cardio and if so what are the benefits?

It's really fun, and you use a LOT of calories playing. You'll get hooked!0

My dad used to play a lot. Only risks I can see are tennis elbow and the occasional smash into a wall/person, which you don't risk in the same way in, say, tennis. Whatever you love enough to keep doing sounds good to me :drinker:0
