Three cups of pasta for 140 calories!

1 pkg. House foods shirataki spaghetti noodles=20 Fiber gourmet light spaghetti (2oz uncooked)=120. Cook the spaghetti, drain, rince and drain the shirataki noodles then mix them together. Ok, ALMOST 3 cups....good stuff!

    To each their own, but those noodle are not very tasty. Heck, I'm being too nice--they're gross. If I only had 140 calories left for dinner (which I always have more, but I digress), I'd eat a shoe before I chose these type of noodles. Or, realistically, just eat two eggs (140-150 calories) and call it a day.

    I'd rather just make real pasta homemade and burn a few calories in the process.

    The fiber gourmet is. It also has 20 gm of fiber and 7 gm of protein per serving. I just add the shirataki noodles to make more. Mixed with a little spaghetti sauce it's better.
