Should i still count calories burned for low heart rates?

So i wear a Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor and I workout with Beachbody programs.. Some videos, like X3 Yoga, 21 Day Fix Pilates, and 21 Day Fix Upper Fix (strength video with weights) all have my heart rate really low...average being 118 and max being 150.. Yesterday i did X3 Yoga and burned 140 calories..I am not sure if i count these as burned calories or not because my heart rate is so low the whole time?? I'm confused on this because somewhere i read that after working out that i should turn my HRM off after it's 70% of my Maximum heart rate (204) which is 142... Thanks

Heart rate monitors are designed to estimate calories only from steady state cardio so most would of what you have mentioned does not fall into that category meaning the calorie estimation is probably not very accurate.0
