Logging everyday activities?

How, if at all, do you figure calorie burn from work?
For example, at my job, I have to put up the truck one a week. This involves picking up and moving some 150 boxes of varying weight and moving them.
Obviously, this burns calories, as I work up a sweat. Is there a reasonably accurate way to log this?

Activity level should reflect your job. Work is not exercise. Up your activity level if you did not set it to represent the amount of activity done at your work.0
