Today I managed to do 8 reps @ 225. I feel pretty darn proud of myself, even though my weight loss has slowed to like .25 lbs a week.

    Awesome! I get kind of embarrassed to do them, because no one else at my gym does. Did you learn about them from Bret Contreas's website?

    Funny thing is, I'm not even shy so the fact that I wimp out is ridiculous. But its great for your booty! :p

    Maybe try three days of lean meats (protein) and GREEN VEGGIES ONLY. Eat as much of it as you want. That is how you start the slimgenics program and my friend did it and lost like 6 lbs in 2 days and she said she just chowed on greens, chicken and steak. Maybe it will jump start you. Good luck!

    I feel you! - it's so awkward to do them hahaha! Especially if you accidentally initiate eye contact with someone.

    I started doing them like back in November. You'll be shocked by how quickly you improve.
