No restaurant food-challenge!

I challenge YOU to drop the fatty drive thru junk AND restaurant food. Although the restaurant type food looks healthier than the drive thru chances are- its not!! Heard of the weight watchers menu at Applebee's? They are all under 500 calories. That is way too many calories at one sitting. So imagine their other dishes...THOUSANDS of calories! Ditch it! See how long you can go without and watch the pounds shed! It takes 21 days to start a habit. I am at day 11 and will keep going from here! Let me know on the progress, GOODLUCK!
