Repeat offender for the 1000th time! Need help!!!!

I need help! I have 100 lbs to lose, and no idea how to get started. With 3 kids, a husband, house and a job I don't have time to get to a gym so I know that's one of many issues but I need ideas for exercise to do at home. I also need food advice I'm a very picky eater and that has always been a problem. Anyways any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!!
