You'll find no-carb just about impossible!
What sort of daily carb goal are you aiming for, and why?0 -
Need to loose 60 pounds or almost 4stones by summer and heard that no carb is quickest option. Daily goal is eat as lo carb as poss, aim to loose 2-3 pounds per week0

Honestly, I suggest you do a bit more research. There are carbs in just about everything except for meat and fats. Even very low carb diets such as Atkins have a "net carb" target in their induction phase. Plus reducing carbs isn't always the best (or quickest) way to go.
Why don't you take a couple of weeks and log everything you currently eat. Then do an "audit" on it, see what could be replaced or reduced. Weight loss is simply down to calories, the carbs are a secondary consideration.

How would I do that, I have already been dieting for 4 days and worry that if I go back in order to log my normal food diary I will find it hard to diet again.
What other diets would you recommend instead of this 1, u am fairly new to this an only really no of a couple of diets.0 -
