I gained about four pounds when I switched to maintenance. They went away within a month, without me changing anything.

Don't panic, I've been told this is normal, especially if you're coming out of starvation mode. Your body just needs to re-adjust to normalcy.

    Keep the faith. :flowerforyou:

I'm at 1690 without exercise, and lots (LOTS !) more on my heavy exercise days. (one exercise session = 982 calories according to my new heart rate monitor.) I set myself at sedentary, and if I go to the mall and walk for an hour, I log it as exercise. If I clean my house, I log it as exercise. I'd up my activity level on my settings, but I really actually have a couple days a week where I do practically nothing all day. (except study and write), so this is what's working for me.

I'm eating all my calories (within 100) every single day. Since the initial bump up (I think my body was just thinking that any minute I would stop feeding it again  ) I've actually lost one more pound and some more inches. I may have to go buy another size smaller in jeans. (trust me, I'm not sad about that).

Again, I cannot stress enough, it's normal to gain a couple pounds when you first shock your body by giving it more food. (think of how much you lost the first couple of weeks for a similar "shock", but in reverse). Don't let it panic you. :flowerforyou:
