Hi
I was just wondering if i am doing something wrong. When you add strenght training into this it doesnt seem to count towards your work out and how this can change your food allowances.
Can any one help me out or is that just the case.
I do little cardio but a fair bit of strength.
I am now at the point i want to tone and not loose weight so any tips for that would be fab too!

strength training doesn't calculate any burnt calories as there are too many variables. if you really want you can select something similar from the cardio options for an estimate0
