Need some motivation

hi my name is Edwina and I need to lose some weight and get fit I'm new to this and would really love to here from some of you about your motivation any tips?

    Prepare a solid nutrition plan and workout schedule and stick to it! That's the best advice I can offer until I know more about exactly what you hope to achieve and how you'd like to achieve it (gym or not, how many times a week etc.)

    We will be here to support you and give advice if you come across any obstacles.

    Plan, map, move. Start moving, start eating better. did I mention moving :) Get a plan as Terri above mentioned. As she stated envision where you want to be and how you will be once there and map out how to make it happen. Case in Point. I knew what I needed to be eating. My workouts I knew I wanted to do Stretching and yoga daily. and only touch weight to fight gravity. SO It took me about a week to reach and ask and figure out the four exercises to get me where I wanted to be. the Problem is I am not flexible to twenty something anymore. So I have to build to it. Little by little, day by day. When you feel unmotivated, post out here. We'll encourage you.
