Hello, I lost 78 pounds couple years ago and slowly 40 crept back on. I just started watching my calorie intake again. on 1200 calories I am starving, upped to 1500 and I am still hungry. What can I try? I am 65" and 186#'s. (41 years old.) I am taking wellbutrin xl, Cymbalta and latuda...so I'm thinking I maybe already fighting an uphill battle. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm not familiar with those meds so maybe it's a side effect going on? I found eating dense food like califlower or broccoli helps. For a snack perhaps popcorn? Then, of course, the old standard of...drink more water. I just read that lemonade helps in appetite reduction too. Those sneaky hunger pains are always lurking around, good luck!0
