New to MFP and fitness in general

Been tracking my eating habits and exercise for the last few weeks to try and loose the belly I seem to have obtained over the last year or so using the app for my phone, which is brilliant I must say and takes the work out planning my eating and exercise.

Plan to start a proper structured program of healthy eating and training rather than winging it as I have been, not a diet but a plan to return to eating and living healthy, something I can carry on and lead by example for my kids even after my initial plan is complete. Have set myself a 90 day target and hopefully will be able to report back with a success.

Looking forward to being part of your group and gaining as much knowledge from you all as possible to help me attain a good lifestyle.
