    Here is what I got for you :)

    Daily calories to maintain weight (TDEE) 3218



    Daily calories based on goal in step 6 2574

    but I didn't have your age :) so call it 2300 and eat that per day... IF you don't lose weight for a week... then readjust down by 100 cals per day... you will find the sweet spot.

    the other link would put you about 2100 per day.... not 1600...

    Lol thank u. I'm going with 2100 per day, and after a week make adjustment if need be

    sounds good to me.. much better than 1200 :D lol I think you will be pleasantly surprised when you find the sweet spot :)
