Every Friday, our staff goes for "fast food" lunch. Any suggestions on the healthiest options?

Grilled chicken or salads (with limited dressings). Check the chain's website out before you go. They all have nutrition information for their menus posted, and you can see what best fits into your goals.

Yep, I'd say just check websites prior to going. The hardest part in my opinion with going out is the fat content and sodium content. Calories, protein, and carbs are never the issue.

Do you get a say in where you go, is it already picked out for today? Restaurants vary by locality - would be helpful to know what is around you. Otherwise, I sticked w/ baked/blackened chicken or fish. If it's lunch I opt for a complex carb such as wild or brown rice, or plain potato topped w/ salsa. I like veggie stirfrys - I ask for less oil or get my veggies steamed.
