new to this site

hello everyone. I am figuring that I am just like everyone else here...needing to, wanting to lose weight. I am currently 153 pounds and trying to reach 140 maybe less. I am trying the 1200 calorie intake a day and have lost 2 pounds in 3 days. im sure its water weight. all suggestions appreciated! I have a very tight schedule and back issues so exercise is hard to fit in. I am hoping that this site will help me keep on track.
