Ate different - feel awful

I have been working hard for 9 days now and have not gone over in any of my categories and exercised each day. I am seeing results on the scale already but have about 70 lbs to go. I am super motivated and haven't cheated at all. Generally I have been forcing myself to eat an english muffin with 1 tablesoon of butter each day (I am NOT a breakfast eater.) Today, though, I changed it up and ate Raisin Bran with 1% milk. That ended up having all the sugar for then entire day for me. I am wondering if the sugar is what is making me feel soooo swollen, full and sluggish. I really feel awful for the first time. Is it the sugar or the milk since my body was getting used to not having so much of it or can someone explain? I don't want to make this mistake again...

It could be, but if you aren't a breakfast eater why start? Meal timing is irrelevant to weight loss. If you'd rather not eat in the morning, you don't have to.
