    Well done sir. An inspiration to myself, who is just getting serious about my journey as a fellow 'big guy', if not quite as big as where you started from. Currently sitting at 261, down from a high of 278, and aiming for onederland. I have many of the same motivations as you, with 4 young kids and a supportive spouse. I want to be able to be active with my family, as well as finally shed the 'fat guy in the group' tag that I've had my whole life (even when, looking back, I really wasn't that fat). Keep on keeping on!
